TUV did a project that partnered with Foot Locker’s production company to highlight up and coming talent during their Black History Month campaign. The piece features Owen Rucker and artists from the HowHood, an up and coming music group based out of Howard University in Washington DC. The video was seen by millions of young people who step into Foot Locker during the month of February.
